My research interests include mental health and well being, particularly in relation to older adults. My PhD thesis is investigating changes in cognitive function, such as memory, in relation to normal ageing and Alzheimer's disease. I am also a psychologist with an interest in applying psychological principles to enhancing student mental health, motivation, and productivity.

My PhD thesis is focused on understanding the way brain function changes following sports-related concussion and the best methods for identifying concussion.
